The Millennial Way To Traveling Southeast Asia

Let me just say that I had no idea how much I would love traveling through Asia. I am already hungry to go back! So many different landscapes, the people are great, and I love seeing life from a different perspective.

I had the opportunity to travel with my online mentor and now friend Brieh. We traveled through Thailand, Cambodia, and then ended in Bali, Indonesia. I had talked with her online and through video chat for almost a year because we are apart of the same business online community.

When I first started working online I had no clue how to get eyeballs on my blog posts and how to use social media for a business. I connected with Brieh on Instagram and we just started talking and she shared the training program that helped her navigate the online world. Since then I’ve been able to grow this travel blog and my social media accounts to help give travel advice so people don’t trip over the same potholes I have.

I met Brieh in person for the first time in the LAX Airport and took off on our travels from there. Some might think that’s crazy but it’s been an amazing experience to travel with someone who also works online and could explore Asia together!

I would say that each place gave me a new perspective and outlook on how people live and go about their daily lives. The most important and common denominator that I found was how important family is. Family is everything to them and they value and cherish it. They take the time to be with one another above all else. You don’t always see that now and it was beautiful to witness.

Because of the online community I’m apart of I was able to go on this trip with her and end with a conference in Bali, Indonesia. The conference included speakers from every social media field, business experts, and mindset/NLP experts. If you haven’t heard of NLP it’s amazing and basically training your mind to blow shit up. Haha No just kidding it’s actually just training your brain to help break down the barriers you have and unlocking what’s holding you back so you can grow in your personal and professional life. Not as visually dramatic but still effective!

I know it might sound like a weird get rich quick scheme but it’s not. (There’s no Pyramid.) It’s a one-stop shop for online training, everyone is their own boss, it can be interpreted for any niche, and you have to do the work to succeed just like any profession! With the tools that not just the training has given me, but with what I also learned at the conference,  I plan to be location independent by the end of next year!

That means SO MUCH MORE CONTENT for you! I didn’t know it was possible to have a stronger desire to travel than I already did but what can I say I have the FEVER! Travel doesn’t have to break the bank, especially in Southeast Asia. If you get a chance take it and go! Oh and then check out my blog for updated posts!!
