The Best Carry-On Travel Backpack

Everyone has their favorite bag no matter if it’s overnight or a long stay. You need something durable, plenty of space, and easy to organize. I don’t think I’ve checked a bag in years actually. But I tend to pack like a minimalist and with this bag it makes organizing everything 10x easier!

My eBags Mother Lode Weekend Convertible is my favorite!! So many pockets and ways to organize your stuff efficiently. The main pocket has enough space to pack for a vacation. The bottom and biggest pocket is like a carry on suitcase size. So when I say you can fit all of your clothes, shoes, accessories, electronics, believe me it all packs perfectly into place.

I roll all of my clothes and squeeze them into packing cubes which help to keep everything organized. Plus this way you can organize clothes by category or outfit and keep the rest of your bag in tact.

That’s all just one pocket so far!

The outer pockets have space for liquid carry-ons, toiletries, laptop, charging cords, extra batteries for a camera, and more. The laptop pocket has a mesh strap to keep it in the center of your bag. That way when you set it on the floor the computer stays in the cushion sleeve and doesn’t take any of the impact.

My pack it flat toiletry kit that I pack to the brim (and still zips flat) slides easily into the front pocket with room for my electronic cords. I can also slide in my eye mask and any other miscellaneous items I want to bring.

The top outside pocket can fit your travel documents like boarding pass, passport for international destinations, accommodation confirmations, etc. Basically whatever you want to pack it’s a possibility.

I don’t know about you, but I hate having to dig through my bag for my liquids. Either that or try to re-pack them into my carry on at security. With an extra outside pocket, just pull  them out and your done! No need to fidget with your bag or other items you can just be ready to get everything out and put it back with ease.

Who can forget about the hidden water bottle pocket. The bag comes with a detachable and hidden re-usable water bottle. After you get through security you can fill up the bottle with water and take it with you! No need to over pay for a bottle of water at the airport when you have a re-useable one with you.

The backpack straps are easily concealed with a pocket to tuck them into. You’re given an extra strap if you want to convert it into a duffel bag and carry it from the side.

Since airlines are now  having basic fares without carry-on luggage included sometimes you have to pack the crap out of that “personal bag.” All you need is a carry on bag to take everything you actually need on vacation. Think about what you realistically need and not all of the costume changes you possibly, maybe, might, sort of want to take. Pack like a minimalist and only bring what you need.

All that’s left is for you to go on your next trip and be able to pack light with everything you need! I hope you have fun on your adventure! Feel free to comment below and follow my blog via email for more travel tips, hacks and destinations. Cheers!
